1. Services Provided
Bilawal Skip Tracing provides real estate skip tracing, LLC unmasking, property deed research, county public records extraction, and lead list generation services. Data is delivered in standardized Excel (`.xlsx`) or CSV (`.csv`) formats.
2. Lawful Business Use Requirement
Clients agree to utilize all delivered contact information and property intelligence strictly for lawful commercial transactions, real estate investing, wholesale marketing, title verification, or B2B outreach in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and relevant state regulations. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own internal DNC compliance and dialer regulations.
3. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard orders up to 20,000 records are delivered within 24 hours. Custom enterprise requests or recursive scraping feeds are scheduled as agreed upon order confirmation.
4. Data Accuracy & Replacement Policy
While we utilize multi-source Tier-1 verification databases and county records achieving target match rates of 95%+, public record availability varies by jurisdiction. If any delivered contact is proven disconnected or inaccurate within 7 days of delivery, we provide free re-scrubbing and lead replacement upon request.
